Adapted Progams

Adapted Programs empower people with physical or cognitive disabilities to take advantage of all the recreational opportunities at Three Rivers Park District. Specialized equipment and support personnel help ensure that people of all abilities have access to and can participate in outdoor recreation.

Explorer Camps

Explorer Camps provide the opportunity for youth in traditionally under-represented communities to participate in Three Rivers Park District’s educational and recreational programs right in their backyard. Participants learn about plants and animals and engage in outdoor activities, creating a meaningful connection with nature.
